DFWFit Adventure Racing offers specialized training for experienced and aspiring adventure racers looking to improve their performance, or anyone looking to improve their fitness and have fun by participating in a variety of endurance sports. Members receive instruction in running, biking, paddling, navigation, and occasionally other disciplines that may be encountered during an adventure race.
